How to wash and treat with your hair?

Start by brushing your hair before you go into the shower. This will help reduce the amount of hairs that get caught in your drain. It will also reduce breakage of your hair. Wet your hair thoroughly.  When you apply shampoo give your head a good two-minute scalp massage with your fingertips.After that, set your water to more of a lukewarm temperature and rinse your hair out. Once your hair is completely cleaned, you can go back and add conditioner.  Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Conditioning your roots will weigh your hair down. Rinse with cool water to seal the cuticles. Rubbing your hair with a towel when it’s wet can ruffle the cuticle and cause tangles, so gently squeeze out excess water. Before blow drying, protect your hair with a styling product such as a conditioning milk, cream, or serum. Move your blow dryer from roots to ends to avoid frizz and shredding your hair cuticles. For smooth results, brush as you blow dry in the same direction. It will prevent your cuticle from roughing up. Make sure your hair is thoroughly dry before styling with a flat iron or curling iron to avoid frizz.


Food for healthy hair!

Salmon – It is rich in protein and vitamin D. It also contain Omega 3 fatty acids which your body can’t produce and needs to grow hair. About 3% of the hair shaft is make up of these fatty acids. If you don’t like Salmon, you can eat also sardines, trout, mackerel, avocado and pumpkin seeds. Walnuts are also very important food for your hair.  These are the only type of nut that have a significant amount of omega-3 fatty acids. They have also a lot of biotin and vitamin E, which helps protect your cells from DNA damage. Too little biotin can lead to hair loss. Beside mentioned there are also other food like oysters, eggs, spinach, Greek yogurt and blueberries which will help you a lot with health of you hair.

Your hair won’t like sugar, salt, high animal protein, Artificial Sweeteners, Artificial Color and soft drinks. Try to avoid this things as much as possible to help your hair to be strong and healthy.
